Over the next 30 days, you’ll build daily habits and a lifestyle that support your menstrual cycle — physically, emotionally, and energetically.


Expert Guidance

Guided by a 4th-generation Ayurvedic master physician, you’ll follow a set of yoga practices designed specifically for your Ayurvedic body type (dosha), with a focus on balancing Pitta energy.

Each day, you’ll receive a 30-minute yoga video that you can practice from the comfort of your home.

You’ll explore Hatha and Yin Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that support circulation, hormonal balance, and emotional well-being throughout your menstrual cycle.

In the evenings, you’ll wind down with a calming audio session to help you relax, reconnect with your body, and feel supported through every phase of your cycle.
